Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The applications have been opposed, referring to the grounds of the appeal. The acquisition has not been denied. As per the directions of the Court, only 60% of the amount of the award has been deposited.

In view of above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) All civil applications for withdrawal of amount are allowed.

(ii) Applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire amount deposited with this Court with the accrued interest, on the undertaking that they would deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

(iii)The office is directed to transfer the amount to the reference Court.

(iv) The reference Court is directed to pay the amount, as per the above directions.

(iv) Stand over to 27.02.2024.
