Present Petition has been filed for following relief:- "(A) By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent No.2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Kinwat, Headquarter Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, may kindly be directed to pass the Judgment and Order in the proposal of the petitioner for claiming belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe as the hearing is closed in the Month of March, 2023 before the respondent No.2." 2.

It appears that the proceeding of the petitioner's tribe claim is closed after due inquiry and certainly the same would be for pronouncement of Judgment / Order, but it is pending since

wp-754.24 March, 2023 before respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee. It is not expected that the Judgment should be withheld for so many months. Now, on instructions, the learned AGP submit that the claim of the petitioner would be decided within one month from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.
