The learned counsel for the appellants and the respondent jointly submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and accordingly they have preferred terms of compromise dated 16th August 2024. Accordingly, learned counsel for the parties tendered across the bar the terms of the compromise dated 16th August 2024, as recorded between the parties. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purposes.

The appellants and the respondent have admitted their signatures on the compromise deed. They also admit the contents of the said compromise deed as true and correct; hence, the terms of the compromise/compromise deed are verified, read and recorded. Shrikant Malani

The respondent submitted that he has received an amount of 4,50,000/- from the appellant No.1 in cash towards full and final ₹ settlement of compensation; therefore, he had no grievance against the appellants. Thus, both parties and their respective learned counsel have submitted that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise. 4.
A perusal of the consent terms, it seems that the matter has been settled between the parties, and pursuant to the same original claimant, i.e. respondent, has received an amount of 4,50,000/- from the ₹ appellants in cash towards full and final settlement of compensation. 5.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise.

The Record and Proceedings be sent back to the concerned Court.
