*2* 901.wp.5151.95 The Petitioners are aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 21.09.1992 delivered by the Labour Court, Aurangabad by which Complaint (ULP) No.3/1985 filed by the Respondent/ Employee was allowed. He was granted reinstatement without continuity and backwages. The Petitioners are also aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 18.10.1994 by which Revision (ULP) No.90/1992 filed by the Petitioners was dismissed by the Industrial Court. The Respondent/ Employee has placed on record the Government Resolution dated 24.02.2014, which is marked as Exhibit X, by which the Respondent has been regularized in service and has also been given the pay scale.

In the light of the above and considering the statement of the Respondent that he has subsequently retired after attaining the age of superannuation and is presently being paid his retiral/ pensionary benefits, this Writ Petition is rendered of an academic interest. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of. Rule is discharged.
