Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

Its a case of order dated 11.07.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) for not removing the objections. The Registrar (Judicial) granted two weeks time to remove the objections, but nobody paid heed. Hence, he passed the order refusing the registration of the first appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the appellants could not arrange money for court fees within a time given to remove office objections. Now the applicants could arrange Rs.34,405/- for court fees. He is ready to pay deficit court fees within a week. Hence, following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The application is allowed by setting aside the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 11.07.2023.

ii) First Appeal be restored for registration subject to deposit deficit court fees within a week from today.

iii) If the court fees is not paid and other office objections are not removed within a week from today, the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 11.07.2023 would be restored. iv) In above terms, the application stands disposed of. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
