The learned A.G.P. representing for the State and the learned Advocate representing Respondent No.4/Private Cooperative Society submit that, the Petitioner has a statutory remedy under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies, 1960.

We find that the Petitioner's grievance is against a private Co-operative Society as regards the decisions taken by it. He has expressed a dissenting view in it's meetings, but the decisions have been passed by majority. He is aggrieved by the decisions taken by the majority, on the ground that, these are

388.24wp (2) illegal decisions. Insofar as his further allegation that false documents have been tendered, such disputed issues cannot be dealt with by the High Court.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of a statutory remedy, as is permissible in law.
