The petitioners' D.Ed. Certificates are directed to be cancelled vide order dated 31.12.2005. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that this Court in Writ Petition No.610/2006 vide its judgment dated 7.12.2010 has considered the said aspect where en bloc cancellation of admission to Postal D.Ed. Course vide order dated 31.12.2006 and this Court has set aside said order. The petitioners, it appear has also completed the D.Ed. Course in the year 2003 i.e. prior to the passing of the order.

For the reasons stated in the judgment dated 7.12.2010 in Writ Petition No.610/2006, present Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the interim order passed. Rule accordingly disposed of. No costs.
