Appellant, Mr.Ashru Ismaji Iradkar, who is injured is present. So also, his Advocate, P.S. Agrawal is present. Mr.Vinayak Narayan Upadhey, learned counsel for the respondent No.2-insurance company is present. 2.
The appellant has challenged the award, awarding him compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- and claimed enhancement of the compensation amount by this appeal. 3.
The appellant and respondent No.2-insurance company have filed joint Purshis, stating the terms of the compromise. It is marked Exhibit-X for identification. As per the terms of the compromise, respondent No.2-insurance company has agreed to pay 1/2
( 2 ) 970 FAST 260-12.odt Rs.1,40,000/- compensation in addition to the compensation awarded by the Tribunal to the appellant. Parties have accepted the terms of the compromise Purshis Exhibit-X.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in view of the compromise Purshis Exhibit-X. 5.
Award be prepared accordingly in terms of the compromise Purshis Exhibit-X.

The enhanced amount of compensation is agreed to be paid to the appellant-original claimant, by depositing the same in MACT, Hingoli. The learned Advocate for respondent No.2-insurance company has assured that the enhanced amount of compensation will be deposited within a period of 15 days of passing of award in the Appeal.

Court fee be refunded as per rules.
