The learned advocate for the revision applicant states that though notices were issued to the respondent, none has appeared. However, during the pendency of these revisions, the parties have

2 3-REVN 195-2021.odt arrived at settlement and they have obtained a decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section 13 (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Thus, now the relationship has come to an end. The learned advocate has produced on record the copy of a decree of divorce passed by the 5th Additional Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar dated 07.04.2022 by which the marriage is dissolved between the parties. In view of that, the applicant/husband prays for withdrawal of both the revision applications.

In view of the above, both the criminal revision applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim applications, if any, pending also stand disposed of except Criminal Application No. 1561 of 2022 on which a separate order is passed.
