The applicant preferred the present application for reissuing the notice to respondent No. 5 on the same address where he has not been residing, therefore, there is no question of issuing the notice to said respondent on same address. 2.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for service of notice to respondent No. 5 through paper publication.
