Perused the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. It is not in dispute that, the petitioner was dismissed from the service. The said dismissal order is assailed by the husband of the petitioner by filing appeal. Appeal was dismissed. The petitioner thereafter did not prefer any proceedings. As a result, the dismissal order has become final.
