Learned counsel for the applicant- Acquiring Body submits that decreetal amount awarded by the learned Reference Court has already been deposited in this court, therefore, stay granted by this Court under order dated 18th April, 2016 which was continued uptil this date made confirmed and absolute till further order.

In view of subsequent development, applicant-appellant

2 11-CA-3887-16 deposited the decreetal amount in this court, there is no impediment to grant stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award pending the appeal. Therefore, applications for stay stand allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". 3.
