1] The petitioner had filed an application for issuance of caste certificate. The said application is rejected. The petitioner filed an appeal before the Scrutiny Committee in February, 2021. The same is pending. 2] Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Committee be directed to decide the appeal within four weeks as the certificate will be required for employment.

3] Considering the fact that the appeal is pending since February, 2021, the Committee would endeavour to decide the appeal preferably within 6 weeks.
