The present Civil Application is filed in disposed of writ petition for recovery of education fees from the respondent No.1. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in the validation proceedings, the vigilance has been completed and the report is also supplied to the original writ petitioner Mr. Harish Nagnathrao Imulwad and the next date is fixed on 21st February, 2019.

Mr. Vibhute, the learned Counsel represents Mr. Harish Nagnathrao Emulwad. The original writ petitioner shall remain present on 21st February, 2019 along with the reply to the vigilance

2 938-CA-1645-19 report before the Committee. The Committee shall decide the said proceedings within a period of one month from 21st February, 2019. 4.

Depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee, the present applicant may take further steps. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
