The petitioner claims that though pursuant to the purchase made by her, revenue record was mutated indicating the theory of the purchased land to 2 Hectres, subsequently error has occurred in mentioning the extent and the revenue record needs to be corrected. 2.

We dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the provisions of Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
