The matter is lingering on since 2003. While the matter was called on 15/11/2016, learned counsel Mr. Bhadgaonkar appearing for respondents no.3A to 3C, on instructions, had stated that it was learnt that sole appellant is no more and had not left behind any legal heirs. In the circumstances, the matter was adjourned, in order to give opportunity to counsel for the appellant. On the next date, when the matter appeared, an adjournment had been sought by learned counsel for the appellant. Subsequently, while the matter appeared on 24/1/2017, no appearance had been caused on behalf of the appellant and, as such, the matter was adjourned to pass appropriate orders.
