The learned Counsel for the Respondents No.4 to 11 has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate efcacious remedy of fling Revision before the State. This legal position is not disputed.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy of fling Revision before the State and upon fling such Revision within three weeks from today, the Revisional Authority shall consider
