The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the adverse remarks in the transfer certificate deserves to be deleted. F.I.R. has not been lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner's conduct was never unruly.

According to the respondents, the N.C. has been registered. The Principal has taken into consideration all the aspects. The fees has also not been paid.

The petitioner is bound to pay the fees of the institution. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to give an unconditional apology and undertaking to the institution. 4.

The petitioner may approach the institution by tendering an unconditional apology and undertaking as sought by the respondents. The respondents shall consider the unconditional apology and the undertaking of the petitioner and may take decision with regard to the contents of the transfer certificate afresh.
