Office note shows that the court notice to the appellants had been served and thereafter, on quite a few occasions, the matter had been appearing before this court.

On the last date, i.e. on 3rd December, 2015, the matter was on board, however, on that day as well nobody caused appearance on behalf of the appellants and this Court, under the order, had referred to that on 1st October, 2015 and 26th November, 2015 as well no appearance had been caused and as such, by way of indulgence, in order to afford one more opportunity, the matter had been adjourned to 10th December,

Even today, when the matter is called out, nobody caused appearance on behalf of the appellants.

In the circumstances, second appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution.
