The main second appeal itself is disposed of remanding the matter back to the first appellate court. During pendency of the second appeal the learned counsel submits that there was status quo in operation. The learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that this contempt petition can be disposed of. In the event, any application for interim relief is filed the same will be decided by the appellate court in accordance with law, on it's own merits.
