The Petitioner has filed the present Petition seeking directions against the Civil Judge to decide L.A.R. No. 9 of 2019 expeditiously.

We are not aware of the pendency of the matters before the learned Judge. It is submitted that the pleadings are complete. The evidence is not yet completed.

The Petitioner may make an Application to the Court where L.A.R.No. 9 of 2019 is pending with request to decide the same expeditiously. The

2 wp 415.2022 learned Judge shall consider the Application of the Petitioner for expeditious disposal considering the pendency of matters before it and endeavour to decide the same expeditiously.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
