The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record, being the legal representatives of original claimant i.e. Respondent No.1 in the main appeal, namely Jankiram Ananda Lokhande, who, admittedly died on 12th February, 2022. The applicants have also prayed for condonation of delay of 220 days.

{2} In view of the same and considering the right to defend, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D". Amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
