The learned AGP takes a serious exception to the filing of this Petition before this Court, on two grounds. Firstly, that a Minister in the Council of Ministers in the State of Maharashtra has recommended the name of the Petitioner. Secondly, by virtue of such recommendation, the Petitioner seeks an order directing his employment in Government service on the ground that he has a Project Affected Person (PAP) certificate.

Considering the objection of the learned AGP that, this matter cannot be entertained by this Court and would lie before

(( 2 )) 933-WP-1550-2024 the Tribunal in the light of Sections 3(q) and 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, this Writ Petition is disposed off from the file of this Court.
