Heard Mr. Shaik, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Grievance made in the petition is to pay salary since October, 2004 regularly and the arrears of 5th Pay Commission. Mr. Bora, the learned counsel for the respondent No.4 Corporation submits that whatever legitimate dues are there, the respondent No.4 would pay to the petitioner. Mr. Shaikh, the learned counsel submits that even salary from April, 2014 is not paid to the petitioner. According to Mr. Bora, the regular salary would be paid as per availability of fund. In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.4, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
