The pension proposal of the petitioner was not processed on the ground that he being age barred at the time of initial appointment.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader places on record a copy of the communication dated 10 August 2022 addressed by the Director of Education to the Regional Deputy Director condoning the delay / granting age relaxation. 4.

We, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No. 2 to take steps on this correspondence dated 10
