The Petitioner has suffered recovery of an amount of Rs.5,29,320/- and an excess recovery of Rs.6,392/-. She is a widow and the amount has been recovered from the pensionary benefits on the ground that, her deceased husband had erroneously received the additional increments, though he had not completed MS-CIT course.

The learned Advocate representing the Respondents/Zilla Parishad is instructed to state by the Zilla Parishad that the amounts would be refunded to the Petitioner, which were deducted in 2019.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the aforesaid amounts, along with interest @ 3% p.a., be paid to the Petitioner within 60 days from today, failing which, the said amounts, would carry interest @ 7% p.a. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
