Perused affidavit of Petitioner's wife dated 15th March, 2016 stating therein that in view of surety bond of Rs.2,000/- she is ready to deposit Rs.2,000/- as cash security for granting parole to her husband on account of their sons's ill health. We find no difficulty to accept this request. Surety bond of Rs.2,000/- is almost equivalent to deposit of Rs.2,000/- with the Authorities for securing return of the prisoner after completion of parole.
