This application is filed for setting aside the order dated 12th October, 2022 passed by the learned Registrar. By the said order conditional time was granted to remove objections since objections were not removed within time, registration of Second Appeal was refused.

Learned counsel for applicants states that, in view of submissions made in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the application, objections could not be removed within time.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to removal of all office objections within a period of four weeks from today. Prayer clause 'B' reads as under :

"B.

Order of Hon'ble Registrar dated 12.10.2022 may kindly be quashed and set aside by condoning the delay and matter may restore to its original position." 4.

If the objections are not removed within time granted, present Civil Application will stands dismissed without further reference to the court.
