1) The petitioner has been directed by Sub Divisional Officer, Pathardi, to deposit a sum of Rs.4,50,000/-, as a pre-condition, for consideration of an appeal tendered by the petitioner under the provisions of Land Revenue Code, 1966. It is noticed that under the panchanama dated 22nd September, 2014, the value of minor minerals is determined at Rs.3,00,000/- 2) To meet the ends of justice, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) with the Sub Divisional Officer. The

directions issued by the Sub Divisional Officer in that regard stands modified and the petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- with the Sub Divisional Officer within a period of fifteen days from today.

3) In view of the above, writ petition stands disposed of.
