Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already the petitioner has approached the various authorities including the District Collector, Nanded and also the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad for redressal of grievance raised in this petition. It appears that the authorities have already redressed the grievance raised by the petitioner, and certain steps have been taken.

We hope and except that the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, who is ultimate authority for the Aurangabad Division, will look into the issues raised in the PIL, and issue an appropriate directions to the concerned subordinate

( 2 ) pil12.18 Officers, to take further steps as expeditiously as possible, however within six months from today. However, in accordance with law and after adhering to the principles of natural justice.

With the above observations, the PIL stands disposed of.

We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in this petition.
