In view of the order passed by this Court in companion matter, the same order requires to be passed in the present application. Hence, the following order is passed.

ORDER

[i] The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court.

[ii] The applicant is further permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security in the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court.

969-ca-1298-19.doc [iii] The balance 25% of the amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalised Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

[iv] Civil Application stands disposed of.
