This petition is filed for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to register the FIR in the matter of the alleged forgery and defalcation of money. 2.

As per the order passed by this Court dated 02.05.2022 and 05.05.2022, the Officer of the Welfare Department, namely, Om Prakash Deshmukh, Commissioner Disability Welfare, Commissionerate, Pune, is present before the Court.

The learned counsel for the parties point out that now the FIR is already registered being FIR No.156 of 2022 with Satara Police Station, Aurangabad, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC and Section 91 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 4.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of as infructous. 5.

Pending Criminal Application is also disposed of.
