Mr. Tambe, learned AGP submits that after the reply is filed, the proposal has been forwarded to the office of the Accountant General and the same has been received by its office on 20-10-2021. 3.

In light of that, the Accountant General may process the proposal for family pension of the petitioner in accordance with law and the decision shall be taken preferably within six months. Gajanan
