Learned Advocate for the applicant is absent when the matter is called out. On the last occasion also when he had tried to make submissions online, his submissions are not audible and therefore, we had adjourned the matter. Prior to that i.e. on 13.09.2024, he was absent and, therefore, this Court has specifically stated that if he remains absent on the next date, application would liable to be dismissed and then he had tried to make submissions online. Even prior to that i.e. on 16.08.2024, the matter was adjourned by consent. It appears that the applicants and the Advocate are not interested in proceeding with the matter.
