1. Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent fairly resile to a situation whereunder direction can be issued to Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad to decide complaint (ULP) No. 129 of 2014 on merits, expeditiously.

In view of aforesaid, Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad shall decide complaint (ULP) No. 129 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Having regard to the nature of dispute under complaint, the parties shall co-operate the court for completion of all requirements therefor.

In view of aforesaid, no further orders are necessary. Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
