The application is by wife seeking transfer of the proceedings of H.M.P. No.1018 of 2014 from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Dhule, as according to her, a minor daughter is residing with her and it is really hard for her to travel to Pune from Dhule for attending the hearing of the proceedings.

Apart from that there are two proceedings which are initiated by the applicant and being attended by the respondent at Dhule.

The ground as is raised is objected by learned Counsel for the respondent on the ground of proper connectivity to Pune and as regards convenience.

Having regard to the fact that the applicant is having minor daughter and there are two other proceedings pending at Dhule, which are initiated by the applicant, it will be appropriate to allow this application.

As such, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads thus :
"A.
The Honourable High Court may be pleased to allow the present proceedings and thereby transfer the suit and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.1018 of 2014 from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Dhule by issuing appropriate orders for the said purpose.
