Order :- When the matter is called out, none appears for the appellants. This Court, after observations in detail about lackadaisical attitude on the part of appellants in order dated 24th August, 2017, granted last opportunity. But, no response is received from the appellants. In view of attending circumstances, I do not find any propriety to keep the matter alive for securing the presence of appellants for hearing of appeal on merit. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present. None appears for respondent No.2. In such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to the costs.
