Mr. Tawshikar, the learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioner is not being mutated in the revenue record. The same is not being considered by the Tahsildar.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the committee has been constituted to look into such grievance under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In view of that, the petitioner may approach the committee as constituted under the Circular

2 wp 768.17 dated 13.02.2015 for agitating his grievance. The committee shall decide the application / complaint filed by the petitioner within a period of three

(3) months from the date of making application / complaint to the committee. All contentions are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
