In that view of the matter, the name of respondent No.1-i be deleted from the cause title.

In view of the order dated 17.02.2025, the matter be placed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) in order to obtain appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice or from the Hon'ble Administrative Judge for clubbing of the appeal with Second Appeal Stamp No.16370 of 2021 which arises out of the same judgment and decree which is impugned in the present Second Appeal.
