In view of the settlement format, Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed and the proceeding pending before the Civil Court Senior Division, Baramati, Dist. Pune shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Jalgaon.

It is agreeable that the parties shall remain present before the Family Court at Jalgaon on 20.12.2024.
