This is an application for condonation of delay and for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.11.

The order dated 20.03.2025 records that service of Civil Application on respondent Nos.11-A to 11-C is complete. In view of the fact that respondent No.11 is not from the family of any of the parties and was the purchaser, the contention of the applicants that they had no knowledge about the death of respondent No.11 and, therefore, steps were not taken in time for bringing the legal representatives on record, is acceptable.

For the reasons mentioned in Civil Application No.528/2025, delay is condoned. Names of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.11 be brought on record by carrying out amendment within a period of two weeks from today.
