Heard. During the course of hearing, it was brought to our notice that the order impugned in the present petition is the subject matter of Writ Petition No.9423 of 2018. In view of these facts, the Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to participate in Writ Petition No.9423 of 2018 by filing application seeking intervention.

The petition is allowed to withdraw with permission as prayed for.
