The petitioner's prayer for inter-district transfer from Raigad to Ahmednagar was accepted in 2020. Now that he has entered Ahmednagar district by being posted at Karjat, he now wants an intra-district transfer from Karjat to Pathardi. Such request of the petitioner has been rejected, as there was no vacancy. He would be eligible to seek a transfer after completing three years at the present location and by strictly following the online application process. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to apply for online transfer, as soon as, he becomes eligible for seeking such transfer and the same would be considered on it's own merits by following the due procedure laid down in law.
