1) The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation which include suicide note left behind by the deceased Sanjay Gore.
2) The deceased was a married man having one daughter. Their marriage took place prior to 12 years. There was matrimonial dispute between the couple and the wife was living with her parents. He disclosed that the was harassment to him from his wife and the wife had
2 Application 56/2015 kept his daughter with her and due to his wife, he was addicted to liquor. He has blamed mainly his wife for his suicide. He has contended that on previous Thursday when he had visited the house of the parents of the wife, relatives of the wife had picked up quarrel with him and they were sister Renuka Gawali, Datta Gawali, maternal uncle Amrapur Babasaheb, Govind, Devidas and they all had abused him. He could not tolerate the insult, he jumped in the well and committed suicide.
3) In view of nature of allegations made against the applicants by the complainant and in view of the suicidal note left behind by the deceased, relief of anticipatory bail can be granted to the applicants. 4) The application is allowed. Interim relief granted is confirmed. The applicants are to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and to cooperate the police during investigation for a period of one month.
