2] Upon death of the original appellant no.1 - Ramkisan, who was convicted for the offences punishable under Section 7 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, his legal heirs i.e. wife and children, want to

A copy of the heir-ship certificate is filed at Exhibit "B" with the application. 3] Upon hearing both sides, present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C). The appeal abates as against the original appellant no.1 - Ramkisan. However, the appeal to continue by his legal representatives i.e. present applicants. Necessary correction be carried out. 4] The application stands disposed of accordingly.
