Pratap Harishchandra Shinde who is legal representative of respondent No.1 in First Appeal has expired on 26.01.2024. His legal representatives have moved the present application seeking condonation of delay in filing application for impleading their names on record and also for bringing their names on record as legal representatives.

In fact the appellant should have moved application in this regard. However, since the legal representatives have themselves moved application, the application for condonation of delay is allowed, abatement is set aside and the applicant Nos.1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 are
