Perused the FIR, which clearly indicates the offence of stalking defined under Section 354 (D) of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR also indicates that offence under Section 323, 504 etc. of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, we, do not intend to entertain the petition at all. Criminal writ petition stands dismissed.
