The petitioner has approached this Court, praying for a direction that the services of it's five staff members, be accorded approval, since they are Special Staff Members appointed in the School for the handicapped. They are said to be appointed by the Management on the basis of the Advertisement, which was published in the 'Dainik Satyaprabha'. The proposal forwarded by the Secretary of the Management, seeking approval, is pending before respondent No.3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.3, to follow the due procedure applicable and by considering the records and the Rules/Policies, that are relevant, decide the said pending proposal, on or before 31/03/2023.
