Learned counsel for the respondent acquiring body submits that this Court has already permitted the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount and accordingly the applicants have withdrawn the said amount. The applicants have again filed present civil application for withdrawal of remaining 25% amount. In view of above, I do not find any substance in the present civil application. Civil application is hereby rejected.
