1] The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending since March, 2020. The same is not yet decided.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Mr.Shaikh Parvez, learned counsel holding for Mr.S.B.Pulkundwar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.2.

3] In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak [Page-25]

515.22WP is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within six [6] months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
